TGIF / 38

HEY-O! It's been a busy week (hence the lack of posting on the blog) and I'm looking forward to having a nice, relaxing weekend with friends and family. There's lots to catch up on, like fictional crushes or a renewed love of vampires along with some stellar novellas, a breathtaking series finale and Neil Gaiman's undeniable awesomeness. And link love. LOTS of link love. Happy weekending, friends!

  1. I've read about book binging...and I wouldn't mind if books came out sooner, but I also don't mind if the author needs to take their take writing an epicly amazing book, because I'll wait. :D

The R-Rated movies drawn out like a children's book was umm interesting. I did laugh at the Psycho one!

Although some of the Divergent merchandise is cool, I don't really buy that stuff anymore since well I'm a little old to be wearing it. On the other hand I do like keychains, I have a HP one and a Hunger Games one, I also have a HP coffee mug that I love, okay and a bracelet, but it's more classy... lol If someone bought me a shirt I would wear it though. :) Okay, so maybe I just wouldn't spend the money on this stuff, but I would still wear/use it.

I loved the super cute Cinemantics video.

    1. I'm torn on the whole book binging thing. While it would be nice to not have to wait a year between books (it's SO easy to forget), there's also the anticipation and build up to the new release that makes it so worth it in the end. And yeah, I'd MUCH rather have the author take their time and write something truly amazing.

I think I'm going to have to buy that book. And if I ever have children, it's TOTALLY going on their bookshelf! Haha. Would that make me a bad parent?

I have a love/hate relationship with movie merch. While on one hand, I do think I'm too old for some of it, on the other hand, I can't help but fangirl out and show my love. So yeah. I do have some merch like notebooks and keychains, but I tend to leave the t-shirts and stuff for the youngsters. Unless it Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles or Jurassic Park. Then I am an unadultered nerd girl. ;)
