As a fellow creative mind, I not only foster an immense appreciation for literature and film, but artwork as well. I'm always on the look out for kitschy new prints for which to adorn my walls. These film and lit based pieces are the perfect way to give your abode a creative and fun flare.

I think you are trying to get me to go broke. One day when I have a house with a library (which will hopefully be in a year or so) I want those HP photos and my husband will want the Ghostbusters ones for our movie room. Great post! I love when you do these. :)
ReplyDeleteHaha, I'm pleased you enjoy them! I seriously have to stop myself from ordering too many. My hubby wants the Back To The Future car poster and little does he know, he's getting it for his birthday!
ReplyDeleteI've always liked those posters that use the text and the negative space to create a picture, but if I was going to spend the money on one it would have to be BOTH a book that I LOVED and a picture that I LOVED, and I haven't seen any yet that fit the bill.
ReplyDeleteThey are certainly clever. What would be a book that would fit the bill for you?
DeleteNot sure. Classics aren't really my thing (or at least I haven't read enough of them to find the ones that are).
DeleteLoving the Ghostbusters ones and the HP set. I don't have film/bookish art on my walls. I should get some though, especially for the computer room. One day I'd LOVE to finish our basement and make a rec-room down there. When I do, I so WANT THE PALM TREE BACKDROP FROM SCARFACE on one of the walls. It would look so badass there.
ReplyDeleteScarface is a GREAT one for a rec-room! I have such a hard time narrowing it all down too!
