Thanks to the ladies over at Forever Young Adult, I’ve now discovered the wondrousness that is Busted Tees. These t-shirts are the definition of “Geek Chic” and I’ve already ordered more than is humanly necessary for one broke individual. Because what’s cooler than a closet full of memes and irony for low, low price of $20? Nothing.
Which t-shirts are your favourites? And how many of the featured TV shows/movies can you identify? This sure does bring back some memories!
The only one I don't get is ISIS. Though I also only recognize maybe a quarter of the time machine references. (And despite growing up in the '90s I can't recognize most of the heartthrobs, though that may just be the cartoonish nature of the shirt.)
ReplyDeleteThe ISIS one is from the TV show "Archer." The heartthrob one is a bit tricky cause their faces are all distorted. I'm still having trouble deciding which shirt(s) to buy!

ReplyDelete*sigh* I see Brandon from 90210 in the heartthrob tee. I liked Dylan too because he was a bad boy, but his forehead was too big.
Haha, I can't believe blowing into those things actually worked too! The heartthrobs tee is pretty amazing. I was always a Jonathan Brandis/JTT fan, myself.
